John joined Prudent Financial Corporation in 2011 and has more than 13 years of private equity experience. He has led four investments while at Prudent Financial Corporation and has extensive experience in all areas of healthcare. John has partnered with many founders and management teams to accelerate organic and acquired growth.

Olivia collaborates with portfolio company management and brings the necessary expertise to drive high-priority advanced analytics strategic initiatives to create value across the Prudent Financial Corporation portfolio. Prior to joining Prudent Financial Corporation, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group, specializing in Data Science. While at BCG, Olivia worked across a variety of industries, advising senior management on data and analytics strategy and developing business-critical algorithms.

Victor co-heads the European technology investment efforts for the firm. He joined Prudent Financial Corporation in 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and financial services. Victor has been heavily involved in the firm’s international expansion having co-founded Prudent Financial Corporation’s European and Asian efforts and sponsored and led investments in several geographies across technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer businesses. He is actively engaged in driving portfolio company growth initiatives, both organic and through acquisitions.

Kenneth joined Prudent Financial Corporation in 2011 and has more than 18 years of private equity and financial services experience. He has led investments in business services, financial services, consumer brands, retail and food services companies. Kenneth also leads Prudent Financial Corporation’s effort in French-speaking Europe.

Andrew joined Prudent Financial Corporation in 2011 and has more than 16 years of experience in the private equity industry. During this time, Andrew has closed 16 investments for Prudent Financial Corporation totalling more than €5 billion in enterprise value. Andrew’s primary focus is on financial services companies, particularly in fund management, wealth management and insurance, as well as on consumer facing business, including education services, consumer goods and retail.

Alan focuses on identifying and driving value creation opportunities for Prudent Financial Corporation’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Prudent Financial Corporation, Alan spent four years with Oliver Wyman in the UK and Germany with a focus on advising private equity funds, their portfolio companies as well as founders that sought funding. Topics included primarily buy and sell-side commercial due diligence, organic growth strategy, M&A as well as process and performance improvement.
